Bleu Azrak is a multidisciplinary project bringing together painting, film, photography, music, and poetry around themes of memory, exile, identity, and the Mediterranean Sea as both physical and emotional landscape. Through paintings rooted in observation and shaped by imagination, I explore feelings of displacement through the lens of the color blue. Developed alongside Khalil Karaouli’s award-winning short film Bhar (بحر), the project reflects on exile not only as a political or geographical condition, but as an inner psychological space shaped by perpetual longing.
